About the Role
You will sit between engineering and product, turning AI opportunities into useful, testable systems.
The work is practical: define boundaries, choose models and tools, integrate with product data, and ship experiences users can trust.
What You'll Do
- Build RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, evaluation harnesses, and AI-assisted product features.
- Integrate OpenAI and other model providers into real applications with security and cost awareness.
- Design prompts, tools, fallbacks, and observability for dependable AI behavior.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to make AI features feel native to the product.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript and at least one production AI integration.
- Understanding of embeddings, retrieval, structured outputs, model evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ability to explain AI tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong debugging habits and comfort working through uncertain product requirements.
Bonus Points
- Experience with LangChain, vector databases, voice agents, or workflow automation.
- Background in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or internal operations tooling.
- Interest in building repeatable AI delivery patterns for the studio.

- Work on AI features where the product outcome matters more than demos.
- Help define the studio's practical AI engineering standards.
- Collaborate with a team that already builds full product systems end to end.
