Grievance Redressal Policy
BitsToBug Studios LLP is committed to addressing complaints promptly, fairly and transparently. This Policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What you may raise
- Complaints regarding the collection, use, disclosure or retention of your personal data.
- Requests to exercise your rights under applicable data protection law.
- Complaints regarding content published on our website.
- Complaints regarding our services, conduct or communications.
- Reports of suspected misuse of our website or brand.
3. How to raise a grievance
Send an email to shreyansh@bitstobug.com with the subject line “Grievance”, or write to the postal address above. To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include your name and contact details, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, any reference numbers, and the outcome you are seeking.
4. Our process and timelines

5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request a review by writing to support@bitstobug.com marking the subject line “Grievance Escalation”. A senior representative not previously involved in the matter will review the case.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India in respect of personal data matters, or any other competent authority or forum available to you under applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights.
6. Records
We maintain a record of all grievances received, the action taken and the outcome, for a period of three years, for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
